1. Who is responsible

2. Visiting this website

This website does not use cookies, advertising or tracking tools that follow you across websites.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see anonymous visitor statistics (for example how many people visit which page, from which country and from which website). It does not set cookies, does not store data on your device and does not identify you or follow you across websites. Your IP address is not used for this purpose. This is our legitimate interest in understanding how our website is used.

To know how guests find us, your browser remembers for the current tab only how you arrived on our website (for example the name of an ad campaign or the website that linked to us) and the first page you opened. This information never leaves your device unless you send a booking request, in which case it is included in the request. It is deleted automatically when you close the tab.

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit it, Cloudflare technically processes your IP address and basic request data (such as browser type and time of access) to deliver the pages and protect the website against attacks. This is our legitimate interest in a secure and working website.

3. Booking request form

When you send a booking request through our form, the data you enter (name, email, phone number, travel dates, chosen services, message, and how you found our website) is transmitted via the form service Web3Forms (web3forms.com) to our email inbox. Web3Forms only forwards the message and does not use it for other purposes. We use the data to answer your request and to prepare your booking (pre-contractual measures).

The price calculator itself runs entirely in your browser – nothing is stored or sent until you click “Send booking request”.

4. Contacting us via WhatsApp or phone

When you click a WhatsApp button, you are forwarded to WhatsApp (Meta Platforms). Only then is data transferred to WhatsApp, under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. We use the information you send us (such as your name, dates and wishes) only to answer your request and to manage your booking.

5. Bookings

For bookings we process the data you give us (e.g. name, contact details, travel dates, surf level, dietary or health information you choose to share) to provide our services and for legal accounting obligations. We keep booking data only as long as necessary or legally required.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Just contact us.
