2. Visiting this website

This website does not use cookies, analytics, tracking or advertising tools.

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit it, Cloudflare technically processes your IP address and basic request data (such as browser type and time of access) to deliver the pages and protect the website against attacks. This is our legitimate interest in a secure and working website.

3. Booking request form

When you send a booking request through our form, the data you enter (name, email, phone number, travel dates, chosen services, message) is transmitted via the form service Web3Forms (web3forms.com) to our email inbox. Web3Forms only forwards the message and does not use it for other purposes. We use the data to answer your request and to prepare your booking (pre-contractual measures).

The price calculator itself runs entirely in your browser – nothing is stored or sent until you click “Send booking request”.

4. Contacting us via WhatsApp or phone

When you click a WhatsApp button, you are forwarded to WhatsApp (Meta Platforms). Only then is data transferred to WhatsApp, under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. We use the information you send us (such as your name, dates and wishes) only to answer your request and to manage your booking.

5. Video

Our trailer is hosted on YouTube. It is only loaded after you click “Watch the trailer”. From that moment, YouTube (Google) receives data such as your IP address. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).

6. Bookings

For bookings we process the data you give us (e.g. name, contact details, travel dates, surf level, dietary or health information you choose to share) to provide our services and for legal accounting obligations. We keep booking data only as long as necessary or legally required.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Just contact us.
