SURF GUIDING

Surf guiding does not involve instruction or professional coaching. You are expected to be confident and independent in the water. The guides will take you to suitable surf spots and offer general recommendations on where to surf, but they are not responsible for your safety or for any injury or loss that may occur while surfing. By booking surf guiding, you acknowledge and accept your own surfing ability and level.

OWN RISK

  • To enter Africa/Morocco, you must hold a valid international passport or visa. You take the responsibility and a denied boarding at the airport due to missing or incorrect documents will not lead to any refund of your deposit.
  • When booking a holiday with Ayusa Surfcamp, all guests are highly recommended to have comprehensive travel insurance. Ayusa Surfcamp is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or individuals during the stay. Guests must arrange their own insurance coverage.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure you have an adequate level of fitness and swimming ability to participate in our surf lessons. Any medical costs or related expenses incurred during your trip are not the responsibility of Ayusa Surfcamp.
  • Ayusa Surfcamp equipment is provided for surf lessons or guiding unless otherwise agreed in advance. If any equipment is lost or damaged, you must notify a member of staff. You will be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement. In the case of a broken board, we charge either the repair cost or 50% of the board’s value, which typically ranges from €100 to €500.

SURF AND WEATHER CONDITIONS

In the event of unfavorable weather or poor surf conditions, guests are not entitled to make any claims against Ayusa Surfcamp. During periods of low or no swell, alternative activities such as visits to Paradise Valley or a Hammam may be offered, with the cost of these excursions added to your booking. No discounts are provided on days without surf.

HOLIDAY TERMINATION AND INDEMNITY

During their stay at Ayusa Surfcamp, clients are expected to act in a respectful and appropriate manner and to take responsibility for their own behavior as well as that of their group. If a guest’s conduct risks damaging the accommodation or vehicles, or significantly affects the experience of other guests, Ayusa Surfcamp reserves the right to refuse further accommodation and terminate the booking. Any individual responsible will be liable for the cost of any damage caused.
